- The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. You must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
- By submitting your articles to The Article Sense Network, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, network, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
- By submitting your articles to Ask Us 1st , you grant others the right to publish your articles – all users of this site have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the authors box which provides you credit as the author of the content. Your SEO articles will automatically be published on an array of partnership sites.
- To not submit articles that are against the Google Adsense TOS.
You cannot post any articles including content listed below
* Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
* Pornography, adult, or mature content
* Hacking/cracking content
* Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
* Excessive profanity
* Gambling or casino-related content
* Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails
* Excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages
* Deceptive or manipulative content or construction to improve your site's search engine ranking, e.g., your site's PageRank
* Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
* Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
* Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
* Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
* Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
* Sales or distribution of term papers or student essays
* Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others
Linking from the articles
You are allowed to have a total of 6 links in the articles published in the Ask Us 1st article directory; max 3 “self serving” links in your authors resource box and max 3 active non-self serving links to a website that you do not own, control, or have an interest in which adds value to the article in the actual article body. The links in the body of your article may not be obviously commercial in nature and if they are, they must represent exceptional value to the reader in order to be accepted.
For SEO articles you are allowed a max of 2 links (please see instructions for further details).
Writing “salesy” text and linking to commercial products you own or are affiliated with is strictly prohibited in the body text of the article. Please save all promotional links for your resource box, where you are free to link wherever you wish (as long as the outgoing link does not lead to a site that violates any of the things mentioned in this TOS).
Content violating the above rules will be rejected and the account of the author cancelled without further notice.
